Carers

Did you know you may be considered a carer if you spend a significant amount of time caring for someone who is disabled, ill, or has mental health issues?   If you help someone regularly with their daily life and they would struggle to cope without your support, you may be classed as a carer. Carers can be parents, children, spouses, life partners, neighbours, or extended family members.

These are some links for the website which may help Carers self guide to help while caring.
